When you arrive at the RBI clinic, our trained medical professional will guide you onto the zero-gravity chair and give you the glasses and headphones to wear comfortably. 

You will first start with a short guided meditation to set an intention for your session.

You will start to hear soft calming music and start to see lights softly pulsing along with the music. All the while you will be feeling the vibrations of the music.
