My RBI Cognitive Journey: Brain Health Check-up

My RBI Cognitive Journey - Getting started is a 2 hour, in-depth, individual cognitive healthcare program, customized to your specific needs. We will take time to learn about your personal cognitive concerns, and thereafter apply our holistic, integrated approach to guide you on your journey to optimal cognitive health.

Health problems have a way of sneaking up on us. Some people experience:

  • Brain fog and slow mental processing

  • Trouble concentrating or motivating yourself to get things done

  • Feelings of disorientation or confusion

  • Difficulty remembering things, whether its recalling old information or retaining new information

Your 2 hour Cognitive Journey: Brain Health Check-up includes:

  • One visit with a provider: Initial visit 2-hours, and if needed two (15-minute) calls that month or two emails that month   
  • Review any previous lab work along with medications/supplements you are already taking  
  • Review your symptoms   
  • Cognitive assessment administration (MoCA tests and CNS Vitals)  
  • Overview of Cognitive Assessment   
  • Access to deep dive testing to identify root causes    
  • Guidance on next steps and action plan along with supplemental reading material if needed

Further development of Action plan, which may include: treatment, repeat labs* and assessments over time to include new data in an updated report, nutrition, lifestyle changes, and monitoring metabolic health will require follow up visits.

Our holistic approach is closely guided by blood work (*exclusive of payments made to RBI), personalized cognitive profiles, a neurology-specific genetic analysis* and in some cases neuroimaging* such as MRI scans.
